If a picture is worth a thousand words, then being able to create engaging images becomes an essential part of telling a story. As much as I’m a lover of the written word, sometimes illustrations just hit in a way that can’t be replicated. Over the years my approach to illustration has evolved from hand-drawn sketching with sharpie and pencil to digital collage and moving images, but the relentless search for ways to communicate ideas visually will never leave me. Whether I’m trying to describe a dream, attempting to put an ephemeral idea on paper, or just creating something dope for the empty frame on my wall, making custom images is always refreshing, challenging, and overtly rewarding.
